The Hizero F300 is a cordless bionic wet and dry hard floor cleaner made for larger homes in Singapore. No Suction Technology (NST) means a soft polymer roller lifts crumbs, hair and spills on contact, sweeping and mopping in one pass with 450ml filled tank capacity mops up to 50m².

What type of floors can it clean on? +
The F200 can typically clean on all types of hard floors like wood, tile, marble, ceramic, vinyl, laminates and sealed hard floors. The polymer roller is soft and the machine uses very little water, so floors are dry to walk on in about a minute.
Does it needs any professional installation? +
No. Unbox it, charge it on the dock, fill the clean water tank and you are good to go.
What type of waste can it clean? +
It can pick up almost any type of waste such as dust, dirt, hair (human/pet), spills, stains, light debris.
What is the advantage of Hizero over traditional wet and dry vacuum cleaners? +
Hizero is quieter, do not require any HEPA filter as it does not emit any dust. It also protects floor from scratches and excess water as it uses a soft polymer roller and uses sufficient water to clean the floor.
Can I use any cleaning solutions or disinfectant? +
No, you can only use water or Hizero cleaning solutions. Using other cleaning solutions may result in damage of internal parts and reduce in cleaning performance. Hizero will not honour warranty if found that any 3rd party cleaning solution caused defects in the product.
What does Hizero warranty covers? +
The warranty covers any manufacture defects except for wear and tear parts (eg. roller, wiper)

Hizero's No Suction Technology (NST) lifts waste on contact instead of dragging it through the air. Nothing gets kicked up, and nothing blown back out behind you.

Soft on marble floor, dense on grit.

A high-density bionic polymer surface, not a cloth pad or a bristle brush. Soft enough to flex into grout lines, dense enough that dirt sits on top to be squeezed straight out.

Self-cleaning roller, every second

Clean water feeds the roller and dirty water is drawn straight back out, around 100 times a minute. A mop gets dirtier with every stroke. This doesn't.

Crumbs, water and hair, never mixed.

Auto triple separation sorts waste as you clean: solids into a dry tray, dirty water into a sealed tank, hair onto its own roller instead of strangling the brush. Three compartments, nothing mixed.

HEPA filter not required.

A HEPA filter catches what a vacuum's exhaust throws back into the room. The F300 moves no air, so there's no exhaust - and no filter to rinse, replace or reorder.

Under 60dB quiet.

No vacuum motor, no rushing air. Quiet enough to clean early in the morning or while someone's on a call in the next room, without clearing the flat first.

25W, under a cent an hour.

The F300 draws 25W. Suction is what makes a vacuum thirsty - most corded models need several hundred watts to generate it.

At only 3.5kg, the F300 is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre throughout the home. Carry it between rooms and clean around furniture with less effort.

A damp pass, not a wet one.

The F300 lays down only as much water as the roller takes straight back out, so floors are walkable in about a minute. A wet and dry vacuum cleaner leaves a film behind to evaporate. This doesn't.

Nothing blown back out.

The F300 moves no air, so it has no exhaust - what the roller lifts goes into a sealed tank and stays there. No dust plume trailing behind you, and no warm motor smell in the room.

A deeper clean, in one pass.

The F300's roller stays in contact with the floor across the full width of every pass, so dried-on marks and sticky patches get wiped, not just loosened. Suction can only take what airflow lifts.

Over 60 minutes, cordless.

A full charge runs the F300 for more than 60 minutes - longer than a 600ml tank of water lasts. Most homes are finished in one session, with no cable to unplug and move from room to room.
