Wellno Flo five temperature settings, from 5°C cold to 95°C hot

Five temperatures, from 5°C to 95°C.

Flo dispenses purified hot and cold water at five settings: 5°C, 25°C, 45°C, 70°C and 95°C. Use 45°C for formula milk and 70°C for green tea. Use 95°C for coffee, black tea and instant noodles.

Three preset volumes. Fast, steady flow.

Choose 250ml, 500ml or 950ml for a mug, a water bottle or a 1L flask. Flo stops on its own, so you don't have to stand and watch. A strong, steady stream fills a full bottle quickly.

13cm slim. 28cm dispense height.

Flo is a tankless water purifier just 13cm wide. It fits narrow counters and HDB kitchen corners where standard dispensers don't. The 28cm dispense height clears bottles, flasks and small pots, so you fill them directly.

TruHeat™ instant hot water.

Hot water the moment you press. Zero seconds, first cup to tenth. Flo heats water as it flows, with no hot tank, and sends it to the spout through one stainless steel pipe.

Semi-conductor cooling. No compressor.

Flo chills water with semi-conductor cooling instead of a compressor. That makes it quieter than compressor-based water dispensers. It is also how Flo stays 13cm slim.

    Flo tracks usage and alerts you when a filter is due, at 3000L or 1 year. Pull the old cartridge out, push the new one in. No tools, no appointment.

  • Stainless steel body and drip tray.

    A stainless steel body that wipes clean and resists stains for years. The drip tray takes the hot spills, so it is stainless steel too. It won't fade or warp like painted plastic.

Graded-density sediment, sintered carbon block, activated carbon fibre, nano-fibre membrane, then an optional mineral finish. In that order, because the order is most of what makes it work.

  • Sediment

    Captures rust, silt and sand before they reach the stages that matter.

  • Activated carbon block

    Removes chlorine and dissolved compounds that affect taste and odour, with a large absorption capacity.

    Flo filter stage 2: sintered activated carbon block

  • Activated carbon fibre

    Filters down to 0.5µm and helps the water flow faster. The anti-bacterial material reduces secondary contamination and lasts longer, as it's harder to clog.

    Flo filter stage 3: activated carbon fibre

  • Nano-fibre membrane

    Rejects bacteria, heavy metals and contaminants at 0.001um.

  • Alkaline

What's next after I place an order? +
Once you placed an order for Flo, we call you within 1 working day to arrange installation and delivery at the earliest possible time (subject to availability).
Will Flo fit my kitchen counter? +
It's 13cm wide, 44cm deep and 37cm tall. Width is the number that matters, and 13cm is narrower than most countertop water dispensers sold here. A standard kitchen counter depth is typically at 60cm if not customised, whereas Flo's depth is 44cm, more than enough space including a 5cm clearance for inlet pipe.
What is included in the free installation & delivery? +
Delivery is free islandwide, and installation is free no matter how complex — drilling your kitchen counter, adding an extra water valve, running pipework over a distance. It's all covered, no questions asked.
Does it need its own power socket? +
Yes it does. It runs on standard 220-240V, 50Hz. The power socket should be within 1.4m distance from the water dispenser as the plug length is only 1.6m. If you require us to connect the plug under the kitchen counter, inside the cabinet, we do provide disconnect & connect the socket head to fit as it's covered under our installation.
Does Flo need a water outlet? +
No. Flo doesn't need a drain outlet, because none of its functions produce waste water.
If drilling kitchen counter is required, what material can you drill? +
We can drill all types of kitchen counter material except glass.
What if I move house? +
The 3-year bundle includes one free relocation within three years - we come uninstall and reinstall it at the new place. On the 1-year bundle, relocation is chargeable at $150.
Do I need to arrange a technician to change filter? +
No. The filter is easy to change yourself, and Flo reminds you when it's due.
What does the warranty cover? +
Our warranty covers everything inside the water purifier except for wear and tear.
My house is not ready yet, can I place an order first and arrange for installation after? +
Yes you can. We can hold your order for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. Ordering in advance helps you plan your renovation better, secure best deals for our Flo and make sure our water purifier stock is reserved for your order.
