Five-Stage, Self-Replaceable Cartridge

The Flo combines five filtration stages in one easy-to-replace cartridge:

  1. Sediment filter – Removes rust, sand and larger particles.
  2. Carbon block – Reduces chlorine, unpleasant tastes and odours.
  3. Carbon fibre – Captures finer impurities and supports smoother water flow.
  4. Nano-fibre membrane – Filters bacteria, heavy metals and micro-contaminants.
  5. Final filtration – Choose alkaline mineralisation or a clean, neutral-tasting finish.

Simply remove the old cartridge and insert a new one—no tools or plumber required.

Will Flo fit my kitchen counter? +
It's 13cm wide, 44cm deep and 37cm tall. Width is the number that matters, and 13cm is narrower than most countertop water dispensers sold here. A standard kitchen counter depth is typically at 60cm if not customised, whereas Flo's depth is 44cm, more than enough space including a 5cm clearance for inlet pipe.
What is included in the free installation & delivery? +
Delivery is free islandwide, and installation is free no matter how complex — drilling your kitchen counter, adding an extra water valve, running pipework over a distance. It's all covered, no questions asked.
Does it need its own power socket? +
Yes it does. it runs on standard 220-240V, 50Hz. The power socket should be within 1.4m distance from the water dispenser as the plug length is only 1.6m. If you require us to connect the plug under the kitchen counter, inside the cabinet, we do provide disconnect & connect the socket head to fit as it's covered under our installation.
Does the Flo needs a water outlet? +
No, Flo does not require an outlet as all its functions or technology do not require any water drainage.
If drilling kitchen counter is required, what material can you drill? +
We can drill all types of kitchen counter material except glass.
What if I move house? +
The 3-year bundle includes one free relocation within three years - we come uninstall and reinstall it at the new place. On the 1-year bundle, relocation is chargeable at $150.
Do I need to arrange a technician to change filter? +
No you do not need to. Our filters are easy to change & it reminds you when to change when it's due.
What does the warranty cover? +
Our warranty covers everything inside the water purifier except for wear and tear.

One cartridge. Five stage filtration.

Graded-density sediment, sintered carbon block, activated carbon fibre, nano-fibre membrane, then an optional mineral finish. In that order, because the order is most of what makes it work.

  • Sediment

    Captures rust, silt and sand before they reach the stages that matter.

  • Activated carbon block

    Removes chlorine and dissolved compounds faster that affect tastes and odour with large absorption capacity.

  • Nano-fibre membrane

    Rejects bacteria, heavy metals and contaminants at 0.001um.

  • Alkaline

    Adds small amount of calcium and magnesium to increase the pH level of the water slightly to turns the water output to mild alkaline,

  • Activated carbon fibre

    Filters up to 0.5um and helps to make the water flow faster. The material is made of anti-bacterial components that reduces the secondary contamination and also have long lifespan as it harder for water to clog in it.
