How to change your filter.

  • Step 1 - Turn off water valve

The self-replaceable filter is a 5 stage filtration system in 1 product (suitable for Flo)

Features:

  1. Sediment filter – Captures rust, silt and sand before they reach the stages that matter.
  2. Activated carbon block – Removes chlorine and dissolved compounds that affect taste and odour faster, with large absorption capacity.
  3. Activated carbon fibre – Filters up to 0.5µm and helps to make the water flow faster. The material is made up of anti-bacterial components that reduces the secondary contamination and also have longer lifespan as it is harder for water to clog in it.
  4. Nano-fibre membrane – Rejects bacteria, heavy metals and contaminants at 0.001µm.
  5. Alkaline – Adds a small amount of magnesium and calcium to slightly increase the pH level of the water.


What do 1, 2 and 3 pcs mean? +
Same filter cartridge, bought ahead. 2 pcs covers your next two filter change (2 years) and 3 pcs covers the next three (3 years), so you don't have to reorder every year. The alkaline or non-alkaline option applies to the whole bundle.
Do I need to arrange a technician to change filter? +
No. The filter is easy to change yourself, and Flo reminds you when it's due.
How do I know when the filter is due? +
The Flo's filter is due every 3000L or 1 year, whichever comes first. Flo has an indicator on the panel. When the 3000L, 2000L and 1000L blink at the same time, it means that it's time to change your filter.
