Will Flo fit my kitchen counter? +
It's 13cm wide, 44cm deep and 37cm tall. Width is the number that matters, and 13cm is narrower than most countertop water dispensers sold here. A standard kitchen counter depth is typically at 60cm if not customised, whereas Flo's depth is 44cm, more than enough space including a 5cm clearance for inlet pipe.
What is included in the free installation & delivery? +
Delivery is free islandwide, and installation is free no matter how complex — drilling your kitchen counter, adding an extra water valve, running pipework over a distance. It's all covered, no questions asked.
Does it need its own power socket? +
Yes it does. it runs on standard 220-240V, 50Hz. The power socket should be within 1.4m distance from the water dispenser as the plug length is only 1.6m. If you require us to connect the plug under the kitchen counter, inside the cabinet, we do provide disconnect & connect the socket head to fit as it's covered under our installation.
Does the Flo needs a water outlet? +
No, Flo does not require an outlet as all its functions or technology do not require any water drainage.
If drilling kitchen counter is required, what material can you drill? +
We can drill all types of kitchen counter material except glass.
What if I move house? +
The 3-year bundle includes one free relocation within three years - we come uninstall and reinstall it at the new place. On the 1-year bundle, relocation is chargeable at $150.
Do I need to arrange a technician to change filter? +
No you do not need to. Our filters are easy to change & it reminds you when to change when it's due.
What does the warranty cover? +
Our warranty covers everything inside the water purifier except for wear and tear.

Five temperature settings.

5°C cold, room temperature, 45°C for formula milk and warm water, 70°C for green tea, and 95°C for coffee, black tea and instant noodles. Five settings that map to actual drinks, nothing you'll never use.

Three preset dispense volumes.

Three presets - 250mL, 500mL and 950mL, sized to a mug, a standard water bottle and a 1L flask. Choose one and the water dispenser stops on its own. No standing guard while it fills.

Fits tall bottles.

The raised dispense height of 28cm clears water bottles, flasks and small pots. Fill directly - no tilting, no decanting.

Fast flow rate.

Cooling without a compressor.

Hot water leaves the instant heater and travels one stainless steel pipe straight to the spout. No plastic pipes, faster water flow.

A stainless steel water dispenser body that wipes clean, resists stains and still looks the part years in. No plastic pretending to be metal.

Stainless steel drip tray.

The drip tray takes the most daily use, so it's stainless steel too. Hot water spills and overflow won't fade, stain or warp it the way they do painted plastic trays. Rinse, wipe, done.

The Flo tracks usage and alerts you when a filter replacement is due at 3000L or 1 year. Nothing to note down, nothing to guess.

13cm slim tankless design

The Wellno Flo is a tankless water purifier just 13cm wide, slimmer than most countertop water dispensers in Singapore. It fits narrow counters, HDB kitchens and corners standard dispensers don't.

One inlet. No drain.

Flo doesn't reject water to get rid of and nothing to plumb into a waste outlet. One line in, and that's the whole connection.

UV on the water, not on the nozzle.

The UV LED treats the water stream as it moves through the machine, every time water enters. Most dispenser just light the UV on the spout. This one works on what you're about to drink.

EcoWake™ sees you coming.

Flo drops to low power when the kitchen's been empty a while, then wakes as you walk over, so it's ready by the time you've picked a setting. Most dispensers spend the night keeping the touch panel lighted on.
